Lucy, my toy poodle, just started her very first heat and needs a diaper. I'm using Pampers newborn size for her. I taped one side, place one leg in the opening, slip her tail in through the hole I made, adjust her diaper and then tape up the other side. This is her second day of using diapers and I think she prefers wearing it than having to constantly clean herself.
